We're On Deck!

We finally got our "on deck" email today!! This means we are suppose to finalize our request and get ready for a referral soon, usually in the next month! I'm so excited, it seems like I have been reading about everyone else going on deck for so long, it doesn't seem real:) Please pray for us as we finalize our request, one or two, boy or girl, ages, etc. Right now, we are requesting 0-12 month boy or girl, and IF their is a sibling/twin avail ages 0-3, we would adopt them also. We could choose to wait for two, or expand our ages. Please pray that God makes that clear to us!

    Just wanted to pop over and introduce myself. My mom works with someone who is the aunt of a friend of yours (6 degrees of separation) and so sent me your blog. We are also in the process of adopting from ET. We've currently been on the waiting list since January for siblings under age four. We're slowly getting closer to the top, but looks like for us it will be a few more months before we get a referral. Congrats on being on deck - sounds like you'll have exciting news soon.
